EN: A business process is an arranged set of work processes that are carried out within an organisation with the aim of delivering a (combination of) service(s) to an external customer. A business process is also often referred to as a customer-to-customer process (The members of the Novius Business Architecture proposition team, 2020; Stoop, Staffhorst, Bekker, & Hobma, 2016; Bayens & Tönissen, 2015; The Open Group, 2022; Knowledge Center, 2007). NL: Een bedrijfsproces is een geordende reeks werkprocessen die binnen een organisatie wordt uitgevoerd met als doel een (combinatie van) dienst(en) te leveren aan een externe klant. Een bedrijfsproces wordt ook vaak een van-klant-tot-klant proces genoemd (De leden van het propositieteam Bedrijfsarchitectuur van Novius, 2020; Stoop, Staffhorst, Bekker, & Hobma, 2016; Bayens & Tönissen, 2015; The Open Group, 2022; Kenniscentrum, 2007).
